I can not even hear any noise at all. My only complain is that it is not very portable because of its shape. very quiet. No annoying and long cables.
It is light weight.3. I'm sorry that I've been torturing my computer all this time, letting it get so hot :) It turns on automatically when you turn computer back on. The fan has two speeds, high and low, and both are quiet. Most of all, it is very effective.
It is quiet. I was expecting to have to put up with a lot of noise.2. It is powered by the USB on the computer, which means that when you turn the computer off or put it into standby, the fan turns off automatically. It keeps my computer cool. This piece is outstanding:1.
This is a surprise to me. And there is a USB "passthrough" so you don't lose a USB slot.4.
Lastly, it's quiet even on high power mode.Highly recommended. The average CPU temperature used to be 70 to 75 degrees celsius. No luck.I try this item, and even after a week, its working GREAT. And even though the fans on the cooler don't align directly with the fan location of the laptop, it still works due to the ventilation setup. I tried so many things to keep my HP DV1000 from overheating. I took it apart, cleaned out the vents, replaced the fan, replaced the heatsink, all with no luck.I tried two notebook coolers from Target. It is now in the high 50's, a 15-20 degree difference which was unseen with any other item.
It works exactly as I was hoping. The rubber nubs keep my notebook from slipping off and the fan makes no noise at all. This was the bestselling, Amazon shippable, and cheapest laptop cooler I found. It keeps my laptop cool and is easy to rest on my lap or couch.
want to use it on an hp hdx 18t. Has anybody used this cooler on an 18inch laptop. Please let me know thanks
